Return Policy

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the returned items. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply call 800-461-5949 or email info@drunkenraisins.com for instructions. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 days of our receipt and inspection of your returned item.

Shipping

We will ship to any place in the USA, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Note that there are often restrictions and prohibitive costs preventing us from shipping to international destinations. If you desire an international shipment you must call us (800-461-5949) to arrange special shipping and shipping cost quote.

When you place your order it will show exact shipping cost. All delivery in the USA is 2 or 3 days. All shipments are via USPS unless otherwise requested.

Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight and package size based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
